Cute PDF Writer-this free software allows you to PRINT anything on your screen to a pdf document.
Below an example using the Cute PDF Writer to convert this webpage to a pdf document:
When you are reading an on line news article or website, you can "right click" with your mouse in the center of the page and select PRINT, after which your computer prompts you to select the printer you want to use

After selecting PDF Converter, the "Save As" window will pop up. There you enter whatever name you want and the directory you want it saved in. If it is a news article, you can simply copy the title of the article with your mouse and then ENTER it as the file name in the Save As window.
By clicking on Save, the document or web page will then be saved as a pdf file.
News articles and other web pages are saved and at the bottom of each page it will give you the http address where the page came from.
Unless the documen http address is toooooo long, you can always open the pdf document, select the http address by highlighting it with your mouse and then copy and paste it into a word document or paper your are writing on your computer.
After saving the document it will show up in your director as seen below:
