Projects

Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (cati) Lab. Opened a six-station cati lab as part of the Social Research Laboratory of the School of Social Sciences in spring, 1997. Will be conducting telephone surveys for the University Business Center and other groups during the academic year.

Grant from Teaching Endowment Fund, American Sociological Association. Present workshops in Los Angeles and Bay area for college and university faculty on the use of online data in the classroom. Workshops will be held at CSU Los Angeles on June 14 and CSU Hayward on June 19.
