Awards

Individual

Individual prizes will be awarded to the top three individuals in each event. Each student will receive a certificate of participation.

First place: trophy, certificate, t-shirt, and TI-89 titanium calculator donated by Texas Instruments Second place: trophy, certificate, t-shirt, and a book of puzzles Third place: trophy, certificate, and t-shirt

Team

Competition among high schools and among middle schools will be separate.

Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the school finishing first overall and to the top two finishers among each of the small, medium, and large divisions (*). See rules for team scoring procedures.

(*) Participating schools will be divided into divisions according to enrollments. See list of registered schools for a tentative division. However, adjustments to assignments of schools may be made so that each division will have approximately the same number of participating schools.

• First overall: trophy, certificate, and Zome Explorer Kit
• First place in each division: trophy, certificate, and Zome Adventurer Kit
• Second place in each division: trophy, certificate, and a board game

Advisers

Certificates, mugs, and Barnes & Noble gift cards will be awarded to the following advisers:

• Adviser that traveled farthest
• Adviser that brought largest number of participants
• Advisers of the first overall team (among high schools; and among middle schools)
