Lab: Customer Loyalty Report
The first objective of this lab assignment is to produce a customer loyalty report. The second objective is to break down the loyalty rate by customer and customer type.
1.
Define customer loyalty in a measurable way. Produce a report, called Customer Loyalty Report, showing an overall measure of customer loyalty, as just defined. Make sure your definition of how you measure customer loyalty is explicitly stated in the report. Otherwise, the reader will see a number without grasping what it means or how it should be interpreted.

Produce a report, called Customer Loyalty by Customer Report, showing the names and addresses of the top ten loyal customers, with each customer’s measure of loyalty shown. Sort in terms of loyalty, descending. Again, make sure your definition of how you measure each customer’s loyalty is explicitly stated in the report.
