Lab: Maintain Master Files

For each master file, produce a form for entering data. For the time being, do not worry about navigational issues such as:

• linking these forms to a higher level menu
• placing navigation buttons on the forms

Note: To make a form come up blank for data entry only, go to form properties and set data entry to yes.

Deliverables:

A screen shot of each form. Feel free to print more than one form on one page.
