  • 41 South
  • take the Tulare/Divisidero exit; at the light, go straight, a second later it curves right; you'll be on Tulare going south-west
  • when you come to R street , turn left on it
  • turn right on Inyo (the very first right turn possible)
  • approach the parking lot at the end of Inyo, get a ticket from the machine, enter the parking lot, turn right inside the lot, and go all the way to the end, approaching City Hall
  • park as close to City Hall as possible
  • cross the street, cross the tracks, and enter City Hall
  • take the elevator to the 4th floor
