Assignment: Shrinkage
You are a consultant. The manager of a warehouse (distribution center) calls you and says,
  “There seems to be missing, unaccounted-for inventory (“shrinkage”) in our
  warehouse. We’ve got to stop employee theft. Can you help us?”
  You accept the assignment, although you don’t necessarily agree with the assumptions your 
  client may be making. Discuss your approach to this consulting assignment. What are you going to
